RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

COVID-19 Temporary Return Policy: Until Further notice NO returns or exchanges may be made on non personalized (for personalized items please see below) items purchased in our store or on our website. This policy is for the safety of our customers and will be removed once we have the proper clearance.

Personalized and Custom items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non Personalized/Non Custom Items purchased at Dimples or DimplesBabyGifts.com are eligible for a full refund to the purchaser or Store Credit to the Gift Recipient when not used, with all tags and original packaging if returned within 7 days of receipt date (for in-store purchases) or 7 days of delivery (website or shipped orders) minus the shipping charge paid. Please include your receipt/gift receipt in your return package. Store credit is given for all items returned within 30 days.

Anything marked FINAL SALE will not be eligible for return. 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days from the date of your return package arrival (Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account).
